  • Inspired by the magpie that thrives in London and all over Europe.
  • Intelligent and self-reflective, with deep and lustrous colours running through its feathers, the magpie has given us the beautiful and confident palette of our patina cufflinks.
  • The Bayley brass cufflinks are named after our wonderful patina artist Derek Bayley. Each cufflink base is precision turned in aerospace grade brass, by our engineers in Hertford, before being delivered to Derek in his London studio where he artistically hand decorates them with skill, flare and care to ensure every pair is totally unique.
  • Patina is an oxidisation on the surface of the brass. To make the Bayley Prussian Blue brass cufflinks, Derek uses copper nitrate, titanium oxide and flames to layer, colour and create a complex and rich surface finish.
  • A true combination of art and science these would be cherished by the material scientist as much as the art lover. No two pairs of these patina brass cufflinks are ever the same, making them even more special. A colourful and artistic gift.
  • Ø16 x L20mm. 14g (7g each)
